One Housing Group has submitted a planning application to the London Borough of Camden to redevelop a brownfield site at Bangor Wharf Georgiana Street (Ref. No. 2016/117/P). The application will provide for:
- 46 much needed new homes in buildings ranging from 1-6 storeys;
- Affordable homes for shared ownership and affordable rent;
- New office space;
- Publically accessible courtyard overlooking the canal;
- Restoration of the canal wall;
- Regeneration of a brownfield site to provide much needed new homes
